Two Specialist.
One family mission.
The Plus Collective brings together two specialized coaches under one roof — supporting families from the earliest years all the way through high school. Whether you need guidance as a parent of a young child or coaching support for your teen, we have an expert who meets your family exactly where you are.
What makes us different? We don't just work with kids — we work with the whole family system. With decades of combined experience, we offer real tools, deep expertise, and a warm, judgment-free approach that actually works in everyday life.

Meredith Bunyard
I have spent over 25 years immersed in the world of early childhood — from preschool classrooms to owning my own preschool, to the intimate, trust-filled role of a nanny. That experience, paired with my Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, has given me a deep and nuanced understanding of how young children grow, learn, and thrive.
I've seen firsthand that children don't just need instruction — they need to be truly heard. My approach is rooted in deep listening, genuine respect, and empathy, because when a child feels understood, everything else becomes possible. As a Parent Coach, I co-founded The Plus Collective to bridge the gap between what parents are told to expect from their children and what their children actually need to feel safe, seen, and supported.
I don't just work with children — I work with the whole family. I meet parents and their children exactly where they are, with zero judgment and zero shame. Parenting is hard, and every family deserves a space to ask the real questions, voice the real worries, and find their own path forward. I work alongside families to build real tools for real life, grounded in the developmental realities of early childhood and the genuine challenges of being a parent today.
When I'm not working with children and families, you can find me out in nature with my animals, exploring new places with my husband, or somewhere in the world feeding my love of travel and adventure. I bring that same sense of wonder and groundedness into every session.

I have spent my career in the classroom as a High School Health and Wellness Teacher, which has given me a front-row seat to the challenges today’s students face. I’ve seen firsthand that academic success isn't just about intelligence—it’s about the "behind-the-scenes" skills: staying organized, managing stress, and having the confidence to advocate for yourself.
As an Executive Functioning Coach, I co-founded The Plus Collective to bridge the gap between what is expected of students and what they are actually taught about how to manage their lives. My approach is grounded in the reality of the modern school day. I don’t just give students a planner and wish them luck; I help them build a personalized toolkit for emotional resilience and self-management.
When I’m not coaching, you can usually find me navigating life in San Francisco, planning the next family road trip, or out on the water. I bring that same energy for exploration and structured planning into every session with my students.
